Practical electronics assembly support for growing hardware teams.
We focus on SMT and PCB assembly, prototype builds, through-hole support, low-volume production, and light box-build work. Every project is handled with direct, engineering-aware communication — no ticket queues, no anonymous hand-offs.
Modern surface-mount placement for fine-pitch designs.
Full board assembly with careful BOM and file review.
First-article builds for early-stage hardware teams.
Consistent small and mid-batch runs with process notes.
Small team. Serious about your project.
We're early-stage and upfront about it. Our value isn't scale — it's how carefully we treat the work in front of us.
Direct communication
Talk to the people actually coordinating your build. No sales funnel, no layers between you and the work.
Responsive support
Quick replies on RFQs, questions, and updates. We treat small inquiries with the same seriousness as larger ones.
Flexible coordination
Comfortable with evolving specs, partial BOMs, and early-revision designs that are still being refined.
Attention to detail
BOM review, footprint sanity checks, and documented process notes — because small issues compound fast.
Quality-minded process
Visual inspection, traveler documentation, and a careful handoff. A quality mindset rather than inflated claims.
Grows with your project
From a single prototype to a pilot run, we coordinate a build flow that matches where your product actually is.
Assembly services built for prototypes and early production.
SMT Assembly
Surface-mount assembly for modern board designs — fine-pitch ICs, passives, and mixed-technology builds.
PCB Assembly
Full PCB assembly support with careful BOM review, part sourcing coordination, and clear build planning.
Prototype Assembly
First-article and prototype builds with attention to footprints, polarity, and documentation accuracy.
Through-Hole Assembly
Mixed and hand-soldered through-hole support — connectors, power components, and reworked legacy designs.
Low-Volume Production
Small and medium batches built with consistent process notes, traveler documentation, and visual inspection.
Box Build Support
Sub-assembly, cabling, enclosure fit-up, and basic electromechanical integration support.
A real SMT line. Built around Yamaha YS12 & YS12F.
Our production floor runs a Yamaha YS12 / YS12F SMT line paired with a DEK stencil printer, a lead-free reflow oven, and microscope-equipped inspection stations — the same equipment used by larger contract manufacturers, sized for prototype and low-volume work.

Yamaha YS12 SMT Placement
Our Yamaha YS12 mid-speed placement machine handles a broad component range — from 0402 passives to fine-pitch ICs — well-suited to prototype and low-volume PCB assembly.

Yamaha YS12F Placement
The Yamaha YS12F adds flexible placement capability alongside the YS12, paired with a DEK stencil printer for precise, consistent solder paste application across the line.

Reflow Oven (XPM²)
Lead-free compatible reflow profile control supports reliable solder joints on both prototype and small-batch builds, with in-line monitoring during reflow.

Inspection & Rework Stations
Dedicated workstations with high-magnification microscopes, hot-air rework, and ESD-safe tooling for inspection and fine rework on populated boards.

Digital Microscope Inspection
High-magnification digital microscope inspection lets us verify fine-pitch component placement, solder joints, and polarity before any board leaves the floor.
Teams building early-stage hardware and low-volume products.
We're a good fit for founders, engineers, and small OEM teams who want a partner that will engage with their project rather than push them through a generic factory workflow.

From RFQ to delivery in a coordinated, visible flow.
Share your BOM, Gerber, assembly drawings and any notes. We treat every inquiry seriously — even single-board prototypes.
We review the design, flag footprint or BOM issues early, and ask clarifying questions before quoting.
You receive a clear, itemized quote with assumptions stated. No hidden surprises, no aggressive sales pressure.
We coordinate parts, confirm long-lead items, and align on the build schedule with you directly.
Boards are assembled with documented process notes, visual inspection, and progress updates during the run.
Packaged, labeled, and shipped with clear traveler information — with follow-up on first-article feedback.
Have a board to assemble? Let's look at it together.
Send your BOM, Gerber files, and a short description of what you're building. We'll respond with clear questions or a structured quote — no sales pressure.
